rosa: adelaide, south australia, Australia; i am a girl from the tropics who now calls adelaide, south australia home. before migrating was a lawyer by profession (hibernating at the moment) who rarely cooks and kills the hardiest of plants but upon moving south of the equator transformed into a herb and veggie garden-growing housewife/home cook/delusional domestic diva. although i rarely cook before, i've always loved food and eating. and i especially love collecting and reading recipes. one of my favorite bedtime read is a cookbook. but now that i am married (and on an extended "sabbatical") i get to try the recipes i've collected over the years. this is my attempt to document my quest for culinary brilliance. or at least my attempts to share good food with family and friends without burning the kitchen.
